Ruff Cuts is a fantastic grooming business. The owners are amazing, great, sweet, and incredibly kind. They provide amazing service, getting customers in quickly, even for last-minute appointments. The groomers are efficient and dogs are well cared for, coming out looking amazing and smelling great. They handle even difficult puppies with ease. The prices are really reasonable. Customers are in and out quickly, with reports of a two-hour groom or a two-minute nail trim. Dogs are happy campers afterwards. Ruff Cuts is highly recommended for both dogs and cats in Central NY, with many customers stating they will definitely be back for regular appointments.

Had a fantastic experience today. She took the time to ask me exact way I wanted them cut. Prob the best groom my dogs have ever received I’m very impressed and will definitely be back all summer! Price was extremely reasonable as well.

My standard poodle “Bruno” loves it there, they’re always so nice and happy to have him. They do an excellent job.

I called Ruff Cuts to ask if I could bring my puppy in to get her first nail trim. The owner called me back and got me right in! I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 minutes! Amazing service! The owners were also so great and sweet to my pup!❤️ will definitely be going back for her maintenance mail trimming.
