The absolute RUDEST women alive answers the phone here. I called to try and figure out why my in law’s were told the package wasn’t there, very nicely tried to give her the information she would need to find it, and she absolutely lost it on me. If you have to have a package delivered here, I sincerely apologize because God forbid there’s a mix up, and all of a sudden all of this women’s problems are now yours. To this lady, I hope you have a better day tomorrow, and learn that all of our jobs suck. I advise you seek therapy.

Annoyed with how the situation was handled and I’m still considering reporting it.I came in because usps sent me a paper telling me to bring an item in and all the contents from the damaged package. USPS damaged my book I ordered and I wanted the merchant to take the book back and send me a new one. However, I asked the merchant to take pics and package it safely before shipping it. When it arrived, it looked like someone stacked it under a heavy item until the cardboard bent on the cover.Anyways, I threw the padded envelope away but that didn’t matter because from the get go the postal worker was not helpful. Didn’t want to look at the book, mentioned I’d have to possibly go to Camden(which I refused since the paper said a usps location), then she asked me about a form which they didn’t send, then it just turned into an argument from there like she thought I broke the book on purpose, even though usps would take the item and I’d have to wait to reorder a new one(so that was just a ridiculous thing to even mention). Bringing in the padded envelope probably wouldn’t of changed anything since she basically thought I broke the book.Next I asked her to write on the paper so I can show the merchant that usps can’t do anything for me since no form or anything was filled out and she wrote “no packaging brought in, will be denied” and then preceded to call that a favor, which really just set me on fire considering that’s not a favor, if anything it just shows they don’t know what they are doing. The paper usps states this could effect your claim not what she wrote. I would of preferred a form of some sort or documentation but I knew I wasn’t going to get that. Then I tried to mail out a package to someone which I wanted insurance on which she decided to question, EVEN THOUGH IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT I PURCHASED THAT WAS DAMAGED. It was a separate package being mailed I brought in with me. I absolutely hate coming to this post office and I try to avoid it at all costs unless other local post offices are closed nearby.
