Fran went above and helped save the day. Fran was willing to see us on a Sunday when the store was already full with plenty of customers with appointments. She was kind enough to alter a bridesmaid dress that was poorly altered by another seamstress. She had it ready for pick up in one day, in time for the wedding, and turned an “eh” dress into something pretty and that fits beautifully. Her work was expertly done!Services: Alterations

Prices are definitely not the cheapest, but I can live with that. What I can’t accept is RUDE service.My wife took my daughter there for her sweet 16 dress. When it came time for alterations the staff treated my wife and my daughter rudely.The alterations that we wanted required a second visit. When trying to schedule my wife said that it might be hard to get to the store by 5, as we live 45 minutes from the store and have kids to pick up from school. The owners reply was “ well if you don’t get here by 5 I’ll be gone” .I get it, everyone wants to go home at the end of long day. But… we just spent a s@*t ton of money for a dress, so we felt they could’ve been a bit more accommodating.I’m not saying don’t shop here, just sharing our experience. We however won’t be coming back here ever, ever again and we have three daughters.3 sweet 16’s , 3 JR Proms, 3 Proms, 3 weddings…. And who know what else.Maybe I should go back with our bags of dresses in hand and ask them if they are paid commission and then say “ Big Mistake, Huge Mistake” (Pretty Women Reference).We ended up leaving without getting any alterations done. We asked that the charge for alterations be taken off the price. After they LITERALLY laughed at us they took $5 off the price, lol.I’ll tell everyone I can about our experience and they can decide for themselves if they will shop at this store.

Bought my daughter's 2021 prom dress at this great boutique. We walked in, staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They asked my daughter what type of dress she was looking for, they picked out several dresses for her to try on, even dresses she would never have picked otherwise. She said yes to the dress that same day. The entire experience was wonderful. The personable service provided was great and very satisfying. They made the entire Prom Dress shopping experience very easy which we know can be a difficult journey when trying to find the right dress. We went for a second fitting with shoes, onsite alterations were made, and the last trip to pickup the finished product. Overall experience was great. The dresses at this boutique are beautiful quality dresses. I totally recommend 2B Seen! Thank you so much ladies!Services: Alterations

Rude rude rude. Owner is disgusting with a terrible attitude. Plenty of other choices around with much better service and selection. Avoid this place like the virus.

Awesome store. Has a great selection of different style dresses at great prices. The employees were so helpful and accommodating. The lady was knowledgeable. Overall was a great experience. Actually went back for another dress last week . I would recommend.
