This is the worst 7-Eleven, and everyone should avoid this store. Customers are clearly not their first priority.
The two staff at the store around 2 PM on April 27, 2025 displayed horrible behavior and unprofessional customer service. They were playing with each other in the backroom and kept me waiting despite my repeated requests for assistance at checkout. When they finally appeared, they continued to play around and threw a cup of ice at each other at the counter. The ice spread everywhere, hitting me, but they ignored it and didn’t apologize. Their behavior, along with their rude manner of speaking to customers, was unacceptable.

Doesn't offer refunds on mislabeled products. Bought what I thought was two taco and cheese taquitos. Filling was white, definitely not taco. Wouldn't give me a refund saying there's no ability to. Couldn't give me what I ordered. Walked out at a loss. Worst 7-11 out there. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. If it's not mislabeled it's ice cold.

This place deserves 0 stars. The “coffee” bar if you could call it that, none of it works, so save your time and go somewhere else. I tried the “ice coffee” it came out as water and tasted like garbage. Most of the machines don’t work not surprised but this place takes the cake.

If it was possible to leave zero stars on a review I would. I went and bought some coffee and breakfast and misplaced my wallet after realizing about an hour later. So I called the store and ask if there's a wallet there lo and behold they say no. I call again about 30 minutes later after checking all of my things making sure I don't accidentally have it. So instead of just accepting his answer I go back to the store and guess who has my wallet, the cashier at the front desk, who repeatedly told me that there was no wallet there. I will never ever shop at this 7-Eleven ever again and I encourage everyone who reads this not to because they have thieves and liars working there

The employee is sitting in the little side room while the customers are standing on line waiting to make a purchase. He was on a website looking at stuff. Told 5 times by different customers to please help them. Came walking out with an attitude after about 5 minutes and said “this is why I hate Americans”. He was a young Indian man in his 20s just in case owner wants to do something about it. No wonder why they have such a low rating.

Returned to this location. Customer service was okay. But for some reason rewards do not register to redeem on there registers. They still are denying rewards after you have clicked to redeem. I don’t know if there system is slow but they need to fix it.
