Worst customer service ever. Tellers can care less about their customers.They let them wait. I noticed other Citibanks are much better. This branch by far is the worst one I have visited. 20 min to get a teller in the branch before giving up and using the ATM for the transaction.

Horrible experience. We are officially done with citibank after this experience. Our account was blocked and it took 40 minutes of "verifying" answers to questions before we were ultimately told we have to wait two days before we could get our money withdrawn because their verifiers are not available until Monday. We already dealt with citibank declining several purchases of ours until we answered the questions months ago. Now they need it verified before we receive our hard earned money?! This should be illegal. I will without a doubt be moving my money to another bank organization. Never have these problems with our accounts on bank of america. Shame on you citibank.

I had a great experience opening an account here. No wait time whatsoever for a banker or teller. Ellen Chen was fully knowledgeable with what she was doing and very fast on getting things done. I honestly never experienced such a brief appointment with a banker before, it took her just 4 minutes to open an account for me when some Citi bankers take 20 or even 30 minutes. All while being polite and affectionate at the same time. This Citi branch is also clean, organized and modern, and offers Mandarin for Chinese customers. Definitely my preferred branch at Citi.

The absolute worst branch at the worst bank. Rude and dismissive, they refuse to cash a check and then they ask you to be a customer..hahahhahaha, unreal

I can't say enough good things about the people who work here. I've been with Citibank for 28 years and this is by far my favorite branch. The Manager, Keith, is very helpful and all of the tellers are pleasant, thorough, and professional. The parking situation has been eased with the addition of the three dedicated spots for Citibank, and there seem to be more tellers than last year so I haven't encountered the long waits that previous reviewers have noted.

Everyone I encountered here was friendly, but between the painfully slow service and jammed parking lot I would not come to this bank again. I figured if I came right after the bank opened that I'd have a better chance of avoiding the typical lunch time rush. I was wrong. Front parking lot was already full but I found a spot in the back. Came in to find only one employee who could help me make some account changes. I don't mind waiting a few minutes when there's another customer, but what I was told would be 10 minutes turned into more than 20 minutes. Then add another 20 minutes before we were actually working on my account. Then there were computer problems. After more than an hour I finally left without having my issue resolved; I left my info on paper but the computers were down, meaning no changes could actually be made before I left. The employee I dealt with was nice, apologetic, and trying to be helpful, so no fault there. But a really negative overall experience that would keep me from coming back.

Avoid during lunch time. 1) Theres a big parking lot but rarely will you find parking. 2) The tellers are friendly and helpful but there's always a long wait to see them. (You will spend half your lunch break coming here) Advice -- If you need a quick ATM visit, bring a coworker with you so you can double park and run inside.

went in to deposit a check. the staff was friendly and helpful. as far as size goes this citibank seemed on the bigger size. did not really talk to any one other than the teller, but he was very nice and helpful. the negative aspect of this bank is it has a very small parking lot and parking is terrible. as i said in previous reviews if i did not have a handicapped sticker i would not of waited there to park.
