I love shopping at CVS. I save a lot of money. The stores are clean. I know the workers by first name.

Using the app and scanning your item, I find the item is cheaper when you scan it with your phone then when you scan it in the store and that’s not an item that is on sale for example purchased a Nivea lip treatment scanned on my phone is 529 came up at 6:59 in the store Sales rep doesn’t know what happened.

I went to CVS pharmacy to pick up my prescription on Saturday morning. The lines were abnormally long because some non-pharmacy customers were using the pickup windows as their checkout. This was annoying and selfish behavior, delaying regular pharmacy customers.
I hope CVS management could implement a policy to have pharmacy pickup windows serve pharmacy customers only.

Was kicked out of CVS Pharmacy near train station at 1:27pm 5/2/25. I was at the pharmacy before 1pm. The line was long. The lady (Asian lady with bob haircut and black framed eyeglasses) just stopped working at 1:27pm and claimed they need to take their lunch break. Meanwhile her co-workers (a male pharmacist and young lady) were still working and helping other customers. I understand the pharmacy has a lunch period from 1:30pm to 2pm, but it's not 1:30pm yet! Bad customer services! Also, the pharmacy could organized the pick up better. When they see a mile long line close to their lunch line, send a staff out to communicate with their customers. (Maybe do a reasonable cut off at the line, finish helping people that had been waiting for over 1hr and ask the rest of the customers to come back later?) Not just stop abruptly at 1:27pm and kick everyone out.

Theresa is an excellent cashier, friendly, and offers great customer service with her big smile. People like her should be in customer service.

Get prepared to see some icy cold faces here! Pharmacist Monica just told me this morning “ Don’t come if you don’t like here!” She didn’t answer me when I asked her if she’s saying that on behalf of the whole CVS!

My mom is 90 years old and I went with her to pick up her meds and the guy behind the counter was very rude to her. If I wasn't with her he would have gotten away with it. Please get another job if you can't be friendly and gracious.

I have always enjoyed going to the CVS in Syosset to get my prescriptions filled, and the staffs have always been very friendly. However, today I encountered the worst attitude from a lady that I have ever experienced, and it was really disappointing.She seemed impatient when she asked for the name and date of birth for the prescription. Then, she immediately started scanning the items I wanted to purchase without any further interaction. When I informed her that I had another prescription to pick up, she became extremely irritable and started blaming me for not informing her earlier. She even yelled at me loudly, asking for the name of another prescription. I asked her why she had such an attitude, especially in front of my daughter. Instead of apologizing, she just turned her head and walked away, saying she didn't care.Everyone has bad days, but it really angered me to be yelled at in front of my daughter and treated in such a disrespectful manner. It definitely showed a lack of manners and etiquette!I gave one star because the staff who assisted me afterwards was very kind and friendly, as always.
