Our sales and installation experience at Peykar were an absolute pleasure. Robert patiently walked us through many available options when we visited the Peykar showroom, and he followed up when we selected a carpet that needed to be back ordered. When the time came for our installation, the Peykar team moved all of our furniture. They even worked around our entertainment system connections so that they stayed hooked up, which minimized the need for any work on our part. In a word, Peykar offers outstanding service at a fair price. You can't go wrong at Peykar!

Always a pleasure to deal with this great store! We bought many beautiful rugs over the years. Robert and his staff have always been so helpful, guided us correctly with our purchases, and even shipped two carpets to our Florida home! We are still enjoying 3 of the area rugs we selected almost 20 years ago!

There is no better place for customer service. I had an odd request that no other rug places would fulfill. My father got a new rug for the living room but couldn’t part with the old rug because it was his dog’s favorite place to lay on. So we wanted to do something special for him and have the old rug cut up and repurposed into welcome mats. We called 11 other local places before this one and they all refused. Designer Rugs by Peykar was the only place I called that accepted my request. They did an outstanding job and their rugs that were in their showroom were gorgeous. I will be returning in the future.

We are more than happy that we stopped in to Peykar rugs. We had a picture of an area rug that was discontinued by the manufacturer. Robert took one look at it and said I can make this happen! A few months later the area rug was made and looks fantastic Thank you Robert. Henry and Joyce

My family and I had a wonderful experience! Robert and another gentleman were extremely helpful in guiding us on our rug purchases. They listened to what we like and knew exactly what to show us. Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the piece we were envisioning. My husband and I wanted a lot of color in one of the rugs we were purchasing and Robert took his time to search for it. He ended up nailing it! We are so happy with both rugs and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for high quality, great prices and excellent customer service from all who work there!

We had the most wonderful experience at Peykar!! There are definitely other options in the neighborhood and we even started there... The customer service cannot be compared!! I walked in and was not overwhelmed. They have an incredible selection of carpets for every home. I was pleased from start to finish! Everyone was more than accommodating and we will definitely be back again and again.

We visited the Peykar showroom and met with knowledgeable staff who assisted in picking a beautiful runner for my staircase. Peykar produced the rug quickly and sent an expertInstaller who was quick, efficient, and made sure I was completely satisfied. I feel that we got excellent value for our money. I was in search of replacing a stairwell runner and found Designer Rugs & Carpet by Peykar online. The reviews and feedback were very promising, so I decided to visit the showroom. George Martinez is a wonderful salesperson who made the entire process super easy and seamless - from the selection (even explaining which fabrics would be easier to clean, maintain or held up durability), to delivery, scheduling installation and even helping us finish excess carpet. We ended up with a stairwell runner AND a sizable area rug and small mat. I highly recommend George and Designer Rugs & Carpet to anyone looking for great customer service and quality in craftsmanship!
