Do not, repeat DO NOT buy a protection plan for anything you buy from this place. I purchased a charger for a Norelco electric shaver, along with a three-year protection plan, thinking that the protection plan would cover the charger for incidental damage, which the manufacturer's warranty normally does not cover.The protection plans are sold by a company named New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. that's based in Irving, TX. You don't find out, until after you have already purchased the protection plan, that it only covers manufacturing defects and not incidental damage. Seriously?! This is 2023. No one sells protection plans that only extend the manufacturer's warranty, because everyone knows those are a rip-off. Any manufacturing defects in a product, especially an electronic product, are going to manifest themselves within the first year of operation.What's more, I was told that the protection plan only covered the shaver itself, not the charger. Even when I told them that I had purchased the protection plan for the charger and that the charger was a replacement for the one that came with the electric shaver when I had bought it a few years ago, they still refused to budge.I don't know who this New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. is that's selling these so-called "protection plans", but do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on it, because if you file a claim against it, they will undoubtedly give you a b.s. story that it doesn't cover the product you purchased. They are scam artists and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Factory outlet store has been a lifesaver especially when you have to have a hands-free device in your car I do highly recommend this place to finding that right Plantronics device for your Bluetooth needs they have the best prices around and the best selection and it was so easy to fill out the order and have it shipped to you. Sincerely, Julaura Perkins I also wanted to give an update I got my Plantronics Bluetooth very good condition and fact I am very pleased and I got my Bluetooth way ahead of time than what I thought I was going to get it and my device works and it works great plus I've got a 3-year warranty added to it so with that being said I'm giving two thumbs up to factory outlet store thank you.

It's with a great deal of disgust I write about FACTORY OUTLET STORE. I tried to purchase water filters for my Culligan Aqua Cleer drinking water system twice. I waited close to month and never heard a word about my order. I contacted the company who told me an email was sent three weeks into waiting saying they no longer have the product. No email was sent. I tried them again with them saying we don't have the full filter set, but if you can do without one of the filters we have the set in stock. I bought it, now three weeks into waiting, and I paid for expedited shipping, it never showed up, but I was charged. Today I received an email saying it's no longer in stock AGAIN! Same scenario that has taken two months of my time without water. They list the product, offer to send it quickly for a higher cost than the product, but it never arrives. Before writing this steaming review I checked their web site. There is my product, I can buy it right now, but wait this is the product you told me close to a month later was no longer in stock. TWICE! This company is pure fraud and needs to be shut down.Gary RoehlSan Diego, CA.

I ordered some Sonicare Brush Heads from the Factory Outlet Store. One of the brush heads was not the one I ordered. When I contacted them for an exchange, they wanted me to jump thru hoops. There was not a damage issue but they wanted pictures of all packaging, the packing slip, and the item in question. Then they want me to pay shipping in the original packages for their mistake. The outside package was 11.75" X 10" X 6.5". The inside package was 8" X 2.375" X 1". What sense does that make? It would have cost me much more to return it in the large package. And then they were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake.

WARNING. Do not buy any Motorguide products from this store. They answer the phone as Motorguide, but they are NOT Motorguide. I ordered a trolling motor and did not get what I ordered. Their ad was false and misleading. The ad clearly indicated that a foot control was a part of the package. However, it was not enclosed. After a dozen phone calls, my only response was to return the product. They would then sell me a more expensive unit. After contacting Motorguide direct, I was told that the advertising was indeed false and the Factory Outlet store was not affiliated with them.

Gave the person on the phone my Fridgerdare fridge model and serial number on 3/8/22. Parts arrived 3/14/22 neither of the 2 parts fit my Fridgerdare. Problem with communication. The (English) they are speaking is very difficult to understand. Called he said dispose of item and they will credit myaccount

LG water filter part didn't match the fridge so it broke the connection.. now have to pay like 500 to fix... I've never seen a place have so many negative reviews than this place.... Do NOT do business with this place

Like others ahead of me, I cannot recommend this company. I bought a gps but the description was incomplete meaning it did not match my needs. 15% restocking fee. I can accept deducting the original shipping but the amount was more than double that. Additionally I had to pay return shipping. Return of $200 gps cost me $47.00

Ordered Panasonic replacement blades on December 23, 2021. Website says ground shipping in 2-5 business days. That would be UPS Mail Innovations, that involves USPS actually delivering the item to the address. Today is January 13, 2022. UPS site shows: "Jan 3 2022 Package transferred to Post Office." USPS, however, thinks the package is still in Brentwood, New York. When I contacted UPS, they confirmed that the package had been transferred to my local post office in Maryland and told me to have the sender contact the UPS Mail Innovations Team. When I requested this action from Factory Outlet Store, they told me they would look into it if the package had not arrived by January 13. Where they got that date, I have no idea. Clearly, as indicated by the complaints at the BBB site, they are more interested in selling things than providing anything resembling customer service. I ordered the same item from the eBay auction site on January 11. It was sent FedEx and is scheduled to arrive on January 15. When a random eBay source provides better service than someone with a website, one has to wonder.
