I had to print a last minute rush order for a corporate event last week- Josh was absolutely amazing! Not only did he get me my prints in time (which were difficult as they required lots of cutting), he was professional, communicative, and made a stressful process totally smooth- even as the store was getting a new printer! Customer service at this location is outstanding, and I am so grateful! Thanks Josh and team!

I visited this office to drop off my return box at 6:30. I hi to the front desk staff, Laudre, and she ignored me. I hi to her again and she hi me back staring her computer with unfriendly attitude and complained to her college that "why the customer keep coming when we close" Their office hours is until 7 pm.

Do not go here for a passport photo.A young man Mike took my photo and my husbands photo and both were not accepted by the Passport Office a month later. The reason stated “photos unacceptable due to being under exposed or overexposed and facial features were not easily identifiable”.The young man checked photos with a computer and even though the computer said it was acceptable the actual passport department said it was not acceptable.Also Mike had a very rude attitude that was quite unacceptable. One wonders why his attitude was so offensive considering this was not a difficult task. I highly suggest not using this fed ex office.And therefore we suggest you go to a post office and get an officially acceptable photo.

Excellent experience from start (getting order info by phone, sending photo via email for printing) to finish. Large poster on foamboard was ready when promised, and the quality was terrific! Staff Michael and Ben in store were very helpful. Will use this location again soon.

I just called the fedex office to ask if they do sell window envelopes and the employee answered me so nasty ! She has no good customer service and ended the call so unprofessional . I’m not the one to play with ms. Thang !!!

worst customer service ever. went in to get a packing slip for my work and apparently i have to order them online and cant just have 1 blank one when they clearly had them but the manager or whoever the woman was, prevented another employee from helping me

I've used this place 3x since the last time I wrote my first review, and let me tell you why I switched to UPS over FEDEX for 5 over-night orders which is about $10 more expensive each time using UPS over FEDEX. My Texas client and I have a pretty good working relationship. That is until a couple of months ago when Texas had that snow storm. Originally, I was using the Postal Service (USPS) But I switched to FEDEX because ever since Louis DeJoy took over as the United States Postmaster General (USPS), it's been absolutely terrible. Packages arrive from days to weeks late, or sometimes even not at all. The bottom line is that the USPS can't be trusted to get anything important to the destination on time. It's the new order. That's why I switched to FEDEX. But FEDEX screwed the pooch a few months ago during the snow storm that Texas had. I paid $60 to overnight important documents and they didn't get there until after a WEEK later. I ended up having to pay the same fee twice having to resend them using UPS. I should have been using UPS from the beginning because they had no issue at all getting my documents to her the next day. I called to get a refund from FEDEX and was unable to do so, so I'm out the 60 bucks. Since the snow storm I started using FEDEX again because it's a little cheaper. Every time I go to this FEDEX location I encounter the same stinky little man! It's ridiculous. His smell is offensive and obvious. Every time I go there I have to endue this wretched stench! Every customer that shares the same line is accosted by this smell. I can't believe there's not a lot more Yelp reviews calling this place out! It's not in my head if it happens every time I go there! Yesterday, when I went there it stunk to high heavens and the culprit physically looked like he hasn't had a bath in a week. There were literally stink lines coming off of him! I feel really bad for his co-workers. And who gives a rat's a** if he's a nice man. In a society you're expected to adhere do the bare minimum of standards just so you don't stink. If he lives a shower-free life, so be it. But change your clothes and use deodorant. It's absolutely ridiculous. At first I was trying to be careful but now I don't care because it's every week with it. Customers are spending their hard earned money on expensive shipping costs, at the least they shouldn't have to hold their noses when using this shipping service.

Have printed multiple times at this location and have never had a problem. I've created guest list large boards for our engagement party, and even printed our wedding programs here! Quality was great, and turnaround time was just 24 hours! Employees were helpful and prompt! Just know that you cannot access email on site, so bring a laptop or keep your printable options on a flash drive!
