I'm very jaded when it comes to Verizon and its customer support but Dia changed all that.
She was kind, courteous and excellent at her job and I walked out with two brand new phones and saved about $10 a month.
Even though this is not close to my house, this will be my go to place for any Verizon wireless issues

I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month.
