I will never go to another UPS location, i was at the Albertson 5480 store 10 minutes prior and not only was the associate rude, the manager Frank was sarcastic and rude- so much so that I didnt give them all my packages because i couldnt wait to leave their Albertson store. I drove 10 minutes to this Greenvale store and was greeted with a smile and a flawless pleasant experience”

Cliff and Destiny were both really helpful while I was trying to figure out a shipping issue where Mercari charged me almost $60. They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”

“I have used this UPS store multiple times for sending out Navy base/ college packages. The staff is wonderful and has always been such a big help every-time. I have also used them to notarize documents and they do a excellent job.”
“Always a pleasure coming here, easy, convenient and fast. The guys here are good at what they do, knowledgeable and friendly.
Most of the bad reviews here are from the customers/people in the area who are just difficult people or they just don’t understand how things work, I’m a regular here and have seen first hand multiple customers be difficult with the guys here when they are simply just doing their jobs, this place is great, the only thing I tell people to look out for is they can’t take UPS or Amazon QR codes and they don’t have access to FedEx Accounts there.
Other than those two things I highly recommend this place!”
