“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“This review is for my experience in the showroom and communications with staff. The showroom is very clean and has models of many types of bedroom furniture geared mostly towards children and teens. As an adult I found the options enjoyable and wished they existed when I was younger! The staff were knowledgeable about their products and helped me explore various furniture layouts for my needs. Since I was shopping for a bunk bed, it was integral to see what a low, medium, and high bunk would feel like. The store had all presentations. I communicated many of my inquiries by text and found them to be very responsive and flexible. Also thankful for the family friendly bathrooms! Great experience so far.”

“I've bought 2 bedroom sets from Mark my sons twin beds and a king size mattress with the bedroom set I've sent people and they always come back satisfied mark is a great business man he will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied i wont go anywhere else! One of my extensions on my bedroom set was cracked at the tip very minor i told him about it he ordered the piece it was on back order- 2 months later he still made a great effort to contact me made the arrangements for me to pick up in his store thank you mark you are the best pal”
