We should've read the reviews. I took my wife to get her test results and the NP was very condescending. We had trouble pulling up her appointment with the kiosk and asked the NP for assistance. With the tone in her voice, you would have thought that we had no right to disturb her. She talked down to us and used the words "It's our responsibility". At that point anything else said was nonproductive. We walked out and did not get the results. Now my wife has to go somewhere else to get her test done again. Waste of time, complete waste of money.

Every appointment I have ever scheduled with this location has always been a seamless one. Staff is friendly and listens. My wait times have been under 15 minutes. If you need quick service & are unable to schedule with your PCP, I'd definitely recommend.

I did a PCR test test now it’s the third day and I didn’t get results, if you’re planning to travel or you need the PCR test in less than 24 hours don’t do it at any CVS location, the process is very very long.

Been there with hypertension and the mean NP made it worst. will never recommend that clinic unless they will change their NP.

I have been here multiple times and had a good experience. The only complaint is one of the Nurse Practitioners, she was rude to the other people waiting and told them that they had to leave and were unable to schedule appointments unless they did it online, when I in fact had been there before and knew myself that they were able to schedule appointments by coming in as well (which I had done before)

I would give zero stars if i could. I have been waiting over 12 days for lab results they advised would take 2-3 days. The customer service is the absolute worst and the "support staff" have hung up on me numerous times when I ask for a manager or supervisor. Does anyone actual work here??

The NP here was the most rude and condescending health care professional I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend going here for anything, ever.

I went to this location today for a tdap vaccination, the wait was 6 hours and 36 minutes meanwhile there was nobody even waiting. Needless to say I left and would never return. Better off going to an urgent care. Minute Clinic is not a good name for a place that has over a 6 hour wait.

First time for me at this clinic . . . the nurse, Esther, was personable and very professional. She addressed my concerns and was informative. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I am glad I went and hope to have the same experience in the future . . .

I had a great experience with Andrea, the NP. She was personable, saw me within 10 minutes of my time, gave me very thorough information about the vaccines I needed for my upcoming travel, and was a painfree dispenser of that vaccine. Very professional and friendly, I would return. The rates were $59 for consultation, and then the cost of the vaccine, which is dependent on what you need.

First time using the Minute Clinic, my experience was pretty bad. The waiting time was very long and the NP was not very friendly just because I knocked the door before she call my name. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes and once I finally went in, the NP told me she cannot give me my immunization shot because they don't carry that vaccine and they cannot order it for me either. Can't someone (either the Pharmacy Department or the NP herself) tell me this beforehand?
