Over 40 years of business banking, been with jovia for almost 20, far and away the best place for all my banking needs. The tellers at the syosset branch will make your day! Debbie and Zenepe are irreplaceable! All the other tellers follow their lead, shout out to Calvin !

The worst customer support ever. The credit card and service is the worst, i just received a new visa credit card, activate then tried to used it and was declined. No weekend service available. its now monday, i have been on hold for over an hour, rep just left me hanging with a message saying that all agents busy.
