The worst customer support ever. The credit card and service is the worst, i just received a new visa credit card, activate then tried to used it and was declined. No weekend service available. its now monday, i have been on hold for over an hour, rep just left me hanging with a message saying that all agents busy.

Third class below grade customer service ! My family went through horrible customer service experience multiple times now and we all are aiming to close the account and open new accounts with a reputable and recognized bank with trained staff l.

I admittedly don't visit this branch as much as I should, but I always get stellar customer service every time I'm here, whether it's to use the teller or customer service people for one thing or another, it's always a great visit.Thumbs up and don't stop being great.

Can't call to get a quick question answered about whether a specific branch is open today I'm on the 3rd phone tree still trying to get a live body...Just need to see if a branch is open today (since hours aren't updated during Covid so no way to check this online!) By the 3rd phone tree, they wanted me to type in my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! Really? Just to talk to a rep & see if a branch is open? So even if I was a customer I couldn't even get a quick question answered in a reasonable time! I used the "not a customer" option & went to another hold. And, Jovia management, don't say today was unusual because of "unusually high call volume" - it wasn't! Final tally of time on phone: 10 minutes, just to see if the branch was even open! This information should be SHOWN AS UPDATED FOR COVID on the website & easily searchable.

The Syosset branch has been closed since the pandemic and now it says online it's open when it's not...and the ATM is often out of service. Unacceptable. People need money and what is the point of a credit union if you can't get money or a teller?

20 minutes in traffic to get to this location because I needed jovia and it is a Wells Fargo. I could have paid my $3 ATM fee somewhere else!

My wife's debit card expired and they never sent a new one, even after repeated calls. Manager was very rude over the phone.
