I had an amazing experience at Public Storage thanks to Alex! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain all my options, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When you go to the public storage in Jericho on Northern Boulevard make sure to deal with Alex and Alex Oney he seems to be the only one that runs that store correctly dealing with an another manager called Reggie and he actually laughed at me because I drove out there 11 times and he made me lose 11 days out of the month because he would tell me to meet him there between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00 and I will drive out there in those hours and he will never be there I would call he will be drunk soon as Alex took over as I got 13 units there Alice was able to handle everything professionally even better than corporate headquarters so when you call corporate headquarters did one of the customers for over 25 years now said that if they don't speak to Alex you don't want to do business with them but thank God he is the manager now and I am very happy for that and for him because he runs the store correctly now thank God Amen
