I found Jen's Cycles online. They had the best prices for an indoor trainer I wanted. I had an issue with the online ordering and called the store directly. Their customer service was so amazing. They had their online IT rep call me directly and took my order over the phone. The equipment arrived within 2 days! I wouldn't hesitate ordering anything from them again...

Purchased three bikes, some shoes, tires/accessories from them and they’ve always been the absolute best. The service department led by Alex is top notch. Had my 29” front fork and rear suspension serviced and they were like new. When I bought a bike for my son and brought it in for its 30 day free service, they replaced a handlebar end cap he lost during a tree clip without even my noting it. That’s the kind of service and attention to detail we appreciate. Thank you to the wonderful team!

Went to Jen’s to have a derailleur issue on my Cannondale Supersix looked at and Alex expertly found the solution. Knowing I was going CO with the bike he made sure everything on the bike was perfect. He even rode around the parking lot himself!

Disassembled and shipped a bike for me (via BikeFlights) then received and reassembled the bike 18 months later. Upon pickup they determined I was never charged for the initial disassembly and packaging. They were super kind about it and even discounted the older charge. Won’t hesitate to go to them with future cycling needs.

When my husband and I first walked into the store, a young man by the name Liam leaped to his feet from behind the customer service desk where he had been sitting and greeted us pleasantly. That was an immediate plus in my book. Liam was very attentive and well informed. He answered all of our burning questions and suggested options that we would never of thought of on our own. He was patient and he was kind. He did some heavy lifting by physically removing several bikes from their racks for us to try outside. Never once did he display any annoyance. In fact, it was his consummate professionalism that sold us on purchasing two bikes because we had planned on visiting other bike shops that day. He also upsold us on helmets, bike lights for safety, water bottles etc. He told us about the warranties and gave us a dates to come to tune up our bikes. We left the store feeling confident about our purchase due fully, not in part, because of, Liam. Thank you, Liam!Great store with lots to chose from.

Was a great experience. Dave helped me and let me ride a Santa Cruz chameleon and feel out the bike so I could decide on possible options. I didn't buy anything on this day but the whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have all top of the line bikes and don't try and push a sale down your throat. Will be going back. A++ experience
