They carry everything you need, from all the popular pre-workout to vitamins and everything in between, including items like hi fiber, low-calorie bread and bagels. Customers can get a delicious or fabulous protein shake, with staff helpful in suggesting alternatives. It is described as one of the best nutrition places, earning lifelong customers who highly recommend it and will keep coming back.
This is hands down the best nutrition store on the island! Kelly and her staff are so helpful and friendly. They are always fully stocked and if they don’t have what I need they order it or point me in the right direction of a different brand. Love Total nutrition!
