Just called at 330pm. The lazy guy picked up while having a whole conversation going on with a co worker.So I hold on till he's done. Then he just hangs up the phone without ever saying hello or how can I help you or uhaul. Disgusting.

2nd time here.- very helpful, quick, reasonable. This will now be my GO TO place for any auto issue. First visit, needed immediate assistance for car remote battery... sounds minor and simple- but was late in day and other places were not helpful. Second visit- needed NYS inspection. Was in and out in under 30 min, without an appt. Had initially made appt at Mavis, down road. Well- lesson learned: AVOID MAVIS. Mavis rude and had zero sense of customer service.

A trustworthy auto shop is hard to find... I went in May 25 to have my tire patched. My car was taken quickly. The servicemen were incredibly nice. My car was ready quickly & it only cost $15. I will definitely come back in the future for my oil changes, inspections & any problem that arises with my car in the future.

Steve and his crew are amazing!!! In about an hour they were able to diagnose a blinker/electrical problem with my Mercedes ML350 that my regular mechanic (who also does great work) was unable to correct. It was suggested I'd have to go to the dealer.... I had 3 recommendations from friends to try Syosset Tire & Auto.... I am so glad I listened!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Syosset Tire & Auto Repair is the most honest and most professional business establishment in this entire world. I can't even say enough nice things about how amazing they are. I came in today because I thought that I needed new tires but after a careful inspection I was told that I didn't need tires just yet. Well...GUESS WHAT?!? When I do need new tires I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. This place rocks! And they even filled all of my tires to have the same amount of pressure. Five stars isn't enough.

Super reasonable prices, super fast service, and so far, cheap & fast has not meant shoddy. Steve & crew @ Syosset Tire are my go-to guys for all car stuff, and they're done a lot for our Hondas (well, not too much, since Hondas don't need a lot, and Syosset Tire does good work). It's wild to see how many people they turn over, I don't know how they're so efficient. Just don't be offended if the guys don't have time for small talk, esp. Steve. He's awesome, but he's way too busy to give you the time of day lol. But he'll fix up your car real nice, for the right price, in a heartbeat.

This is my favorite auto shop! I got into a car accident about 3 years ago and had both left side doors destroyed and the front bumper knocked off. Steve was honest and gave me his opinion and charged me at a reasonable price. Today I'm in for a oil change and tire rotation, Steve took care of me quickly and professionally.

One of the most honest businesses I've ever encountered. On multiple occasions these guys have saved me. Recently, upon discovering what I assumed was a flat tire, they came to my house, picked up my car, replaced the broken strut (whatever that is), did an oil change and service just because and returned the car to my driveway all in a matter of hours. Steve and his guys are first rate.

Local small business that's always busy; reason being, the owner is taking good care of his customers. It's difficult for a car shop to have good rating but this one sure earned its good reputation by providing good service. So far I have no issue with their services, hopefully it stays that way.

Great service and even better prices! Quality of work is outstanding. They're not your average auto repair shop - they're very informative, reliable, punctual and really seem to care about their customers and the work they put in to ensure your car is running in optimal condition. I have both a BMW and Infiniti which I take there for service and I couldn't be happier with the overall quality, service and pricing. If I could rate them with 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat.

I wish they had something like a negative star for fraud outfits like Syosset Tire. They put come on ads in pennysavers to lure in customers and then rip them off. Took my car for $20 balance and rotate special. Got a call you need rear brakes and rotors. I OK'd on the phone. When went to pick the car and asked to confirm rotors were replaced, I was told no - they were resurfaced. The price charged was the same as for new rotors. They even charged $5 more for the special!!! Stay away. I am not going back ever.

Can't speak for the auto repair, strictly a review on their Uhaul rental biz. I've rented a truck/van from these guys about 4 times now and have always had a solid experience. The equipment is always clean, are available when requested and they allow drop-off anytime, even after hours. Renting a moving van always seems like a pain, but it's been pretty easy at ST&AR. They're typically busy with their normal repair biz, so do yourself a favor and head online to do all the paperwork, find your rate, and enter your payment info so you can pop in, grab the keys and go!
