Went there for walk-in passaport service just now at noon and was promptly rejected because the one man that does them said he had to leave eon time for the weekend. Place was empty with five people behind the counter and they dont close until 5pm. Unbelievable. No wonder they want to get rid of the post office dept. the in-efficiency and lack of service is real.

The worst place, I had an appointment at 1;45 for my 2 months baby to do the passport I got there 6 minutes later and they didn’t want to do it the lady said that she didn’t get paid overtime and the manager didn’t even want to help

All three mailboxes outside had glue on them, which caused my mail to be stolen. My checks were stolen, and I lost more than $2,000.

Terrible! I was sent a Special Delivery letter that had to be signed by me. Mail carrier claimed no one home. I was home all day. A deliberate lie. I was here. This happened twice. Date November 16, 3:30pm, Saturday, & also November 14.

The staff members are so nice here. I ship a lot of manga for Ebay and personal letters from here. Yes, I still write letters, lol. They also helped me with my passport. I brought in my own photo, but they attached it to the form for me.

Mail delivery staff does not follow post office policy when delivering packages. Staff acknowledges behavior and management acknowledges actions are not in line with procedure. Packages routinely get stolen. Post office response is "mistakes happen".

Long lines. Influx of new residents in that area. A lot of them there for passports and international deliveries. Takes an average of half an hour to get to the window, even if not too many people because one person takes up the whole window to do international mailing.

Driver is so lazy, I scheduled a pick up but the mailman never pick up any of my pick up request, its very frustrating to schedule few times but got ignored!!! Have some action!

I got a post office box and the postal worker who set it up, had all of my mail forwarded to the new P.O. box. Now this post office has started returning my packages to the merchant, instead of putting it in the P.O box that I'm paying for. The delivery manager Juan can't explain WHY they can't put my packages in my PO box. I'm missing an expensive package that was supposedly delivered weeks ago. Time to contact the postal inspector. Don't bother getting a PO box at this location... it's not worth the aggravation ..

Not crowded on a weekday afternoon, efficient, organized, clean. Parking is somewhat limited as the lot right in front says no to postal customers, limiting to the handful of street parking spots. Would love to go here again with my postal needs. Less crowded than the other offices nearby.

Submitted request for a permanent forward of mail, And this post office keeps sending my mail back to sender!! Several attempts of trying to fix this including speaking with the “supervisors” to no end. Spoke with mail carrier also who knows not to send it back and she still sends back to sender. She also drives on the sidewalk and almost took out my plants! Awful!
