I recently had the pleasure of visiting the practice, and I have to say it’s staffed by simply the loveliest people. They have the highest quality hairpieces and do incredible work. I experienced their kindness selfless energy firsthand, and also witnessed their staff speak with some regulars while I was there in a caring, calming way that was heartwarming to see.

I have been working with Brianne for a few years now, she is simply the best! I have had alopecia for 50 years and sometimes talking to people is uncomfortable but not with Brianne. She helped me pick out wig styles and colors. We shared stories it was like we have known each other for years.
So needless to say , I will continue to buy wigs on wigsonline.com and all the alopecia groups I am in I also promote this company.

I brought my 96 year old mother, Dorothy, to be fitted for a wig. Breeann was friendly, courteous and professional. She spent as much time as was required to ensure the best outcome. She followed-up and was available for questions. Highly recommended!!!

Jack is the business owner. I have been his client for many years. He has always given me the time and attention that I have needed. As far as the employees, there are so many different personalities. Some of the employees are very nice and some very phony. After all, it is a service business. As far as Cecilia is concerned, I have always noticed her to be very kind, sweet and smiley. Regarding the previous review, I will assume that it was an off day. Everyone has them.

They have a large assortment of everything you would need. Jack is so nice and friendly, very accommodating. Joan is wonderful and such a great hair cutter for wigs AND for styling your own hair. Gave my friend's wig a really nice cut. Now that her own hair grew back, Joan cut her hair and she looks so up to date and much younger! The only reason not giving 5 stars is because of Cecilia. Not friendly at all, and never a smile on her face. I felt like anything you asked her was a bother. Maybe she shouldn't be dealing with the public???

Top notch! Brianne is so helpful and patient and we laughed a lot as i tried on almost all the wigs in the place and my spouse sat on the husband couch and offered gentle critique. This was a challenge as i had just lost my hair to chemotherapy to try to cure a relapse of metastasizing uterine cancer. The wig i got, though synthetic, feels and looks like human hair, but will be so much easier to care for (i could even wash in woolite, they said!) It was a little pricey for my budget, buy i was able to get some help with that. I'm picking up an alternative style probably tomorrow . But i highly recommend wigsonline store in Syosset, ny, to anyone looking for a wig and a great experience!
