I tried calling the store to ask a couple of questions before I had to walk there. The phone rang and rang until I finally got a screeching sound at the end, and got disconnected Perhaps they were busy but then I try a second time and got the same thing. At least they could have voicemail so that they know prospective customers are trying to reach them for business. I’m disappointed in them I would think that they would welcome all calls and inquiries

Refused to sell a $50 gift card with cash because no manager was on duty. I understand protecting against fraud but denying legitimate business is bad practice. Why sell them at all?

Used to stop here every morning for the Exclusive Blend coffee...7-11s signature....but at 730am half the time it was empty. So I started going to Dunkin instead. Decided to stop in this morning bc its been a while...same thing...730, empty Exclusive blend. No customers in the store, not busy. Cashier is playing games on her phone, and then wonders why i left so quickly without getting anything, and then shrugs her shoulders and goes about playing her game. Plenty of time to make coffee...it's a shame bc I really like 7-11 coffee and prefer it to Dunkin, but I don't have time for laziness in the morning....tried to give them another chance but done for good..Do better 7-11.

I work for a deliveryService company around 8:00 a.m. I have decided to stopAnd purchase a few itemsWhen I walked inThe person behind the cash register called Jessica Greeted me I was happy up until the moment I started asking where things were She was being strongly suggested And toward the end of the comment she was rude And when I asked her for help a second time she just looked at me and goes whatever Because of that I will not ever shop At that particular 7-Eleven again Your employee that morning was very unprofessional And inconsiderate and unappreciative Of having people spend their hard-earned money in a store in these times Of Covid people are running down on emotionalAnd mental stand points And she just adds to the pressure ......

Do not go their in the morning the lady Juanita is always cranky and extremely rude to everyone will drive farther and Inconvenience myself not to deal with her anymore
