Tina, she is good at her profession, however...she triple book some clients. She made a 6:00pm appointment for me and did not honor the appointment because she reserved two other clients at the same time.

Terrible service, there are no more employees working, there is only the man and the owner herself who tries to take everyone at the same time, she does not finish her job completely and takes another person, I was waiting for 20 minutes and I had to leave 😤😤

Went in to get my eyebrows done around the end of April & Tina did them , they looked great don't get me wrong but she rushing and BURNED my eyelid . I mean it scabbed up and all smh I think I took a pic will come back to upload once I got thru all my pics .

Been coming here almost 30 yrs and no longer feel a valued customer. I waited 2 hrs for them to open in parking lot cause no sign was left saying they where Opening late and a woman showed up as they opened and Tina took her first even though I told her I had been waiting 2 hrs that's so screwed up

My husband and I both got pedicures this morning and we were VERY happy! We'd hiked a ton this summer, and earned a lot of callouses. The stylists did an amazing job, They trimmed cuticles, smoothed callouses, provided a nice foot massage, and I didn't feel rushed (although it WAS a Monday morning). I really feel like I got my money's worth, and I'd absolutely recommend a pedicure to anyone in Syracuse!

I don’t like the fact you call in the morning to make a appointment and they tell you a certain time , but yet your still waiting and they rush to get you out if you don’t have enough staff then say you don’t and don’t tell people to come at this or that time when you got someone waiting for 2 hrs which is ridiculous and expect a tip absolutely not!Service: Pedicure
