Our experience with Bright Furniture was very, very good. We quickly needed a replacement for a broken boxspring. We found it at Bright Furniture and Mattress and not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly but the prices were fair and the item in stock . Until later, when the store was about to close did I realize I had made a mistake and had bought the wrong size! I quickly contacted the store and once again found their assistance friendly, she was willing, so close to store closing, to swap for the proper size. I was treated respectfully and very much appreciated the awesome customer service. We will shop there again.

Love this store the have so many different options to pay with out the need a credit not to mention how helpful the staff is I never leave reviews but this place deserves a round of applause thanx for my beautiful furniture ????????

We went in thinking we wouldn’t buy anything. Looking for just a cheap coffee table but we had gone to 3 of the thrift stores and had no luck. We decided why not look in here. Sales lady was not pushy but still ensured she was there if we needed help and we got a very affordable table, considering we were looking for something at a thrift store to begin with.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service from the very first phone call down to the last screw! Will was absolutely incredible in handling a difficult move and provided top tier customer service. To be frank, Will probably deserves a promotion, from the brief interaction I had with him I was able to see his genuine compassion and diligent work ethic. 5/5 would always work this team again.
