Every single time I’ve had to call to get road service it’s been a complete disappointment, after waiting hours for help no one showed up, again I had to call yesterday for a tow , when I called I get an automated message saying they sent me a text with a link to submit my request which didn’t work so I had to call back, finally after a delay getting a person to talk to they said they needed 24 hours notice to provide me help , I couldn’t believe it ! After spending over a $160.00 for a premium membership every year you’d think they would provide some help in an emergency, after waiting many hours for help I called back and asked what was going on, I was hung up on and had to call back, if I could give negative stars I would, the service is that bad, when you really need help in an emergency you will be out of luck with these people, outrageous for the amount of money I spend each year, they don’t care and it shows, you would be better looking for another company that does roadside assistance plans, worst than bad !

My car battery died during the worst storm Syracuse has had in years. I had my young daughter with me, and Chris was there within 20 minutes to help replace it. He was quick, kind, and told us to stay inside the closest building while he handled it. I can't thank him enough, he's the best!!!

They did not hold up their end of their contract. Car died and possibly needed a battery replacement. The driver came and did not even have a battery tester with him. Another driver came and didn't have any batteries with him. Had to then tow my car to a mechanic and we had to pay for labor and pay full price for the battery. AAA is supposed to replace the battery and give you a $25 discount on it. I brought this to their attention and Christopher MacNeil (Business Advisor AAA External Operations Team) refused to reimburse for the difference.

I called for a jump or possible tow today at 12:30pm. I got a request confirmation but nothing else. After waiting for 2 hours and no updates, I had to spend some time finding a number where I could speak to a person (good thing I wasn't stranded somewhere because it was frigid cold out), I contacted the office of this service provider and they confirmed the person would be gere in half an hour. By 4pm no one had showed. My son had finished eork and stopped over to charge my battery which worked. So I called the office back to cancel. I don't think they could find my request, but the receptonist said they would cancel it. At 7:50om, over 7 hours after I had booked the original request. I get a call from the tow truck. I have had a GOLD MEMBERSHIP with AAA for over 7 years. Spanning over roughly 4 vehicles, and i just called to set up a tow for my vehicle to be taken to the garage to be fixed. Well there's no plates on the car right now, i turned them in a day or two ago. I was supposed to go to get new plates this afternoon.. so the woman told me on the phone, " okay what're we doing to the car then" i said " i just need a tow" she goes " okay, we cannot tow the vehicle without plates on it " so i promptly asked her " so i need to go all the way to the DMV to get new plates before you will tow me car, ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR MY GOLD MEMBERSHIP.?!" WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE 4 tows or gas refuelings, new battery purchase, or tires etc. Yet if i dont have plates on my car you wont touch it? I was never made aware of this each year i paid hundreds of dollars for my membership.!

Dont expect good service from a company that fires good workers. My husband worked for AAA as a tow truck driver. I crashed my our vehicle in the summer of 2024 and it was bad enough. We couldnt get a rental car right away, he used the company communication system to call out for lack of transportation. They fired him with no warning whatsoever and then tried to contest his unemployment claim which they lost because they failed to give him any warning. The worst part is that same week that he was fired would have marked six months of him working there which meant they were supposed to give him the damn tow truck to go home with. He wouldnt have missed a day if they had followed their own protocols. They are a joke and I would not waste any money on a company that does not support their communities at all. They are part of the problem in central NY. They had a committed worker that was on the streets every night helping people and when he needed it they fired him when we already had a problem to recover from. I will not forget the summer I needed to go to the food pantry for my family because of corrupt companies like this. No wonder everyone hates corporate america.

I've used their travel agents every year for the past 4 years but I wonder why none of the agents stay. Nancy, Geri, Anna, bypassing untrained Sarah, now working with Robin. Every year I find out my prior agent left and I have to find one I like again.

My neice called triple AAA for me cause there was a problem with mine....i told the woman i wanted scotties towing because ive always had great results with them whenever i had a problem....she told me no and said she was sending custom towing out from fulton....the guy came and was very unprofessional....swearing and after he hooked my car up i handed him my keys to put my car in nuetral to pull it on the flatbed and he said no and pulled it up in park.....i DO NOT recommend that towing company to tow a tonka truck......i was devistated watching my car being pulled up in park....i had them tow it to my car dealetship and called them the next day to let them know what he had done....you should not use this company becuse it will bring your company down....the woman should also listen to the person who is paying for triple AAA as to ehom they want towing their car

Thanks to Mohamed Sillah yesterday for his great service getting me back on the road after discovering a flat tire in the Wegmans parking lot in the pouring rain! He was polite, courteous and took his time explaining some things to me! Thank you for having such a kind and great employee!

We called for a battery check last night due to the car not wanting to start. Our service call was an easy process to get started and within 30 minutes our service tech had arrived. Charles was extremely friendly and quickly assessed the issue and had us up and running again in no time. Fantastic service, thank you so much!
