Great guy who helped me stranded on the side of the river with a battery issue. Got my car going in a few minutes. Marty stopped what he was doing to give me a hand. Recommend him to anyone!

Marty's service is top notch. I had a routine flat tire, but couldn't get two of the lug nuts off. Called for a tow to a garage. Marty showed up, and after splitting and peeling off the slipping chrome nut covers, we were able to get the nuts off, remove the tire and put on my spare. Saved me the time of a tow and the hassle/cost of dealing with a garage. Cost was very reasonable! Give this gentleman a call!

Super great experience with Ace Marty's. He was able to get to me very quickly and was a super nice guy. Made some small talk on the ride to the shop. Overall great experience and reasonable price.

Absolute lifesavers. I called Ace on a Sunday after my transmission blew out and they got my car for me in 20 minutes for half the price of other nearby towing companies. If you are in Syracuse and you need a tow these guys are massively helpful.

We had a hard time getting anyone to come out to help us with our car stuck deeply in mud. Ace Marty's Towing came through for us when nobody else would and he got the job done! He was very nice and did not gouge us for coming out on a Saturday.

Probably the rudest person I have so far encountered in Syracuse business area. It's December 23rd and our vehicle had all lights on but became disable, 18:00 at night, on the parking lot next to Western Liquors. Geico App gave us options to call with 24/7 service. I called and said "Geico gave us you number can you help us with roadside service now, vehicle is disabled". His reply was "Geico would never give you my number". I said "Have a nice night" and hang up. Such a douchebag, where does he gets his business? Never use people like this for anything in business. Never. What a Grinch behaviour. Our vehicle did have a sensor problem and unplugged air filter cable that was messing with the electrical sensors. It was fully fixed within less than 40 minutes by Pascarella's Towing Service LLC.

My two teens were stranded with a flat tire in the rain and couldn't get some of the bolts off. ACE Marty's Towing got to my kids really fast and got them back on the road safe.

Marty came to Skaneateles Lake in the town of Spafford to assist me when other towers declined the job because of steep roads. He said he would visually check out the situation and at the very least give me a ride home. It turns out he was able to get me out of my situation thankfully. I was stuck on a rather steep lake road in Skaneateles. Many towers refused the job with one company from Auburn calling me and saying they would be there in 20 minutes. They changed their mind failing to contact me and share this leaving me in sub-freezing temps for hours. Marty was later contacted and didn't think his truck would be sufficient due to it not being 4 wheel drive. But when a few hours later he found out I was still without help he drove to where I was to see what he could do for me and at the very least give me a ride home which was 15 miles away. Thank God. He arrived when he said he would, took careful consideration of the situation first hand and ended getting me out of where I was on ice. I had been looking for help for 24 hours! Marty's ethics and heart are in the right place and I highly recommend him.

Guy picking up on flatbed pulled out in front of two cars on sweet nearly causing an accident in the process. Was swerving and driving exceptionally slow. If your in the business of transport maybe not hire drunks or someone who is grossly inept at driving.
