ADT is a horrible company that preys on its customers. They’ll sucker you into a 5 year contract and then not fix your equipment, or give you substandard equipment and service. Then when you complain after hours and hours, your only option is to buy your way out for thousands of dollars. Go with someone other than ADT!

Biggest scam ever tell you that the bill will be 59 dollars a month but don’t tell you about the extra 25 there charging you for equipment for 2 cameras is insane beware and don’t go through them

Omg ever week they where talking money from my bank account and they still owe me $268 I was told my refund will be processed I was lie to by Pete before installing adt took $106 then 368 the day they installed then then next day $75 then today not even a whole month they took 108 come on now worst ever
