Do not waste your time going to this store. They fired all of their best employees. Current staff, including branch manager, are clueless about all things welding. It's one thing being ignorant about your business and products, but couple that with rudeness and you have a bad combination. There are at least two other welding supplies in Syracuse that will appreciate your business and have knowledgeable sales people, some of whom came from this Airgas location.

I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. This company has given me the absolute run around. I had called in January and the guy on the other line was absolutely clueless and no help. I had to email the company directly to have anyone listen. Finally a traveling tech came to look at it towards end of January said easy fix someone will be out in the next week. 2 weeks went by hadn't heard anything. It is no May and I have called his personal cellphone countless times and had not heard anything back. I finally called the company office and they said oh yeah I remember this you have to set up an account with us. I asked why no one had called to tell me this and they said that they were told the traveling agent did in which he did not. The person on the phone was very rude about it stating it's our fault that NO ONE could have called and let us know this 4 months ago. I will never do business with them again and neither should you.

air gas and its employee s have no knowledge how it works i waited a year for 20 lbs of nitrous for my 12 sec drag car don t buy or deal with them
