I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Alan Byer. Dave was easy to communicate with. He kept me informed of the process and timeline while purchasing the vehicle. The car was delivered in immaculate condition! Dave explained the new features in my car and was patient with questions and concerns. It was a great experience! We had been bringing our older Volvo to Alan Byer for service and have always had great customer service!

I purchased a 2025 Volvo S90 over the phone and then drove a few hours to pick it up. Everything was exactly as promised — no surprises — and the car was even nicer than I expected. Every person we dealt with was upbeat, energetic and honest. The showroom was well organized, spotless and friendly, which matched the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend them. I’ll be back in 3 years or so

I have leased two vehicles from this dealership, the first of which I recently bought out. The salesperson who helped me with both vehicles was Rachael Myers. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells and is a pleasure to work with. Prior to leaving the lot with the new vehicles, they reviewed all the features of the vehicle with me. I would highly recommend leasing/purchasing a vehicle from both Alan Byer Auto Sales and Rachael.

Just picked up my XC60 PHEV from Alan Byer Volvo. Very smooth sales process. Debbie was awesome. Patient and got me the best deal I could find from any Volvo Dealer . Checked some 20 or so from ME, NH, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD and OH. Hoping the service after the sale is just as good.

The sales process was transparent. The team made sure I understood the features of the S60 before I left the lot, even helping me set up the tech features and driver-assist systems.
