This store is better than the one in The Bronx. They had people that actually knew the products and services they were selling. Would definitely return to this store.

Phone was done at 4:08 for its repair. At 5:35 decided to check repair status and it said it was completed. I requested a phone call when the repair was completed, never received it.

What a great store this is! Nice and clean of course every Apple is very clean as usual.
The staff here was very helpful. They went beyond what any store would go to help us with the phones we looked for.
Thanks and yes would recommend for sure to stop by.

They donāt know how to fix ANYTHING went once to get my phone fix ended up needing to go 6 more times because they caused more damage than they fixed ! Claim they gave me a new phone turns out it was refurbished never even authorized the new phone they couldnāt figure out a problem they cause in the first place was told if they didnt tell me about it wouldnāt had even known they gave me a different phone when I can see on the IME serial that itās different told me because they couldnāt fix it they had to give me a new one which was a LIE !!!

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at an Apple Store.
My appointment was at 4:10 PM, and I arrived 30 minutes early. They checked me in, told me Iād be seen shortly, and left me waiting. After sitting for 15 minutes, I stepped out to use the restroom and came back at 4:01āstill well before my appointment time. When I returned, I found out they had canceled my appointment **WITHOUT ANY WARNING**!
They claimed they didnāt see me when they were ready, even though it wasnāt even time for my appointment yet! There was no text, no email, nothing to let me know. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me Iād have to wait another 30 minutes for the next available time slot. Unbelievable! The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
If you want to deal with people who cancel appointments without reason and leave you sitting there wasting your time, this is the place. Otherwise, **STAY AWAY**. Iāve never been treated so poorly in any store, let alone an Apple Store!

to the homeboy in the front of the store you should probably lose the snarky condescending tone when talking to costumers. I literally asked this worker what day the new iPhone 16 releases , he told me this Friday. To which I asked when the watch also comes out , he then responded in the most rude condescending way. I would have made a sale in there if it wasnāt for his demeanor. I didnāt know I had to assume all apple products come out on the same day. Put bro in the back of the store instead of the front !!!

Donāt bother making an appointment. They donāt honor the time. They get irritated if they donāt understand your problem. I understand theyāre probably smarter than me. But they donāt want to know if they canāt figure the problem out. They canāt say the simple words I DONāT KNOW.
