If it was possible to leave a negative star rating I would, the absolute worst Apple store I have ever been to, every time I’ve had to go there for service they find a way to deny it, I bought 3 of the most expensive phones they sell, over $6000.00 plus the extended AppleCare warranty on each for over $200 on each one. The last time I had a problem they denied me repair or replacement, I fought a battle with Apple over this for almost a year, I was working with the Attorney General’s office of N. Y. State over this before they finally replaced my phone, Apple recently lost a class action lawsuit in California for 95 million dollars for unethical practices with honoring the warranty , Maldonado vs Apple, they continue to not honor warranties as they should, Apple is an evil corporation that bullies customers and uses manufacturers that use slave labor in the factories that produce their products, all the Samsung phones I’ve owned in the past have worked flawlessly I would still be using them if they had more capacity , I will not buy another Apple product after spending this enormous amount of money and be treated like dirt, they have a very condescending attitude at this particular store, look at the reviews by other people, it’s pretty bad when almost 50 % of them are negative, the only way to fight back is spend your money at a different company that is reputable !

Ended up spending 5 hours at the store, 3 of which were used trying to solve a problem with my phone that never existed after one employee misdiagnosed the issue I was having. During that time none of the other 4 employees, including the manager helping me noticed. Luckily, after three fruitless hours I was the one to discover that the problem they were trying to solve didn't actually exist. Thankfully I ended up being issued a new phone to solve my original issue. When everything was done, I asked the final employee helping me (she was fantastic) if she thought Apple support may be able help or compensate me for my wasted time, the manager cut in and told me that Apple support wouldn't do anything to help further. I called anyway, and Support was rightfully appalled at the service I received, and even more frustrated that the manager discouraged me from contacting support about my experience.

Iphone not working after Apple update. Hour on the phone with Apple, they send me to the "experts" at the genius bar. Drive an hour to get there, he diagnosed and said it wasn't the update and it was a problem with ATT. Went to ATT, service working fine. Back to Apple and nothing they can do. Send me 2 emails with directions on how to back up and factory reset phone to see if that will resolve issues. Open BOTH emails and "page not found". Complete waste of time. Phone issues still not resolved. Was working100% fine before APPLE update, but they won't take responsibility to fix the problem their update caused!

Went down for a demo of the Apple Vision Pro and met Sam. He was nothing short of incredible. Really made the experience worth the drive!

I ended up buying a pair of fake Air Poyon Amazon. The guy at Apple was super helpful and showed me the cloned serial number. To assist in getting a refund, he let me take a picture of the screen. While I paid more to buy a pair there, at least I know they are the real deal. Very short wait time.

Very good customer service and good product but 1 thing to note is a bit funny is after we decided on a MacBook the associate then tries to offer apple care and explains all the details for a good 5 minute, we then decided not to purchase the apple care and notice the associate seems a bit disappointed but he recover quickly and helped us complete our purchase.

Only reason I’m not giving it one star is because they actually (finally) did what I asked. I needed to replace my cracked phone and was told that they didn’t have the ability to do a data transfer from my old phone and that I would have to re-set everything up myself. While setting up the phone, Gary immediately clicked out of the option to do a data transfer. When I asked why, he finally admitted that they could do a data transfer in-store but that it would take an extra 20 minutes. He then had to spend another 20 minutes restarting both phones to get back to the option to do a data transfer which was such a waste of time if he hadn’t just lied in the first place and done what I wanted to do. I felt like I was a single woman at a car dealership the way I was being talked to like I didn’t know anything. Once he did what I told him to everything turned out fine but literally no thanks to him.

Lost water resistant after replacing my phone battery. I simply washed my phone, then the eSIM module was damaged, even can’t detect physical SIM card! Don’t let them open your phone!
