This was my first time working with a loan company instead of a mortgage company. The people were wonderful and walked me through every step of the process. They kept me informed every step of the way. Without their help, this would’ve been a very confusing process. I would highly recommend.

Our landlord raised our rent almost $700 and put us in a tough situation and didn’t have much time to react. We found a manufactured home that we could afford and the agent referred us to Dean at Approved Credit and he knew we didn’t have a lot of time so he went above and beyond to help us get approved and processed with a short window to work with.Very pleased with the job they did and would definitely recommend Approved Credit.
