Another dentist telling me how I should and should not be feeling. Idc about residual feelings from other teeth; if I’m telling you a specific tooth is sensitive, then that’s the case. Idk what it is with dentist telling patients what they should or should not be feeling but it’s becoming a common theme.

I can't understand why, they don't check insurance before you get in the office, I gave them the information before hand. With that said this is the second dentist's office I've had this same issue. I gave them all the information Weekes before .I live 50 miles away. Not a good Day.

I had a good experience. I visited for a dental emergency and they were able to assist with tooth extractions same day to ensure I wasn’t in pain. The dentist was very kind and I felt at ease there was also a dental nurse her name started with P I believe she was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything in great detail. I have had several occasions recently when seeking medical care where the staff are not nice but this is not one of those place 5/5 overall

....made appointment..they didn't have me on the schedule...i would have to wait 2 hours...they said it was a free xray...when I got there if I didn't complete services..it would be $250... waste of time...terrible front desk customer service!

Aspen Dental is a pump and dump scheme that only cares about how much money they can get out of you. Extremely predatory business practices. As soon as they are done getting that money out of you, the regular "cleanings" and basic dentistry that you were originally wanting will be canceled and delayed. I had a regular appointment for a cleaning set a year in advance, which was canceled without any consultation. Not only that, you'll get surprise "bills" a year after your initial appointment with no explanation, even after paying everything up front. Find any other dentistry than this one - you will save money and the health of your teeth.

I call this location telling them I'm in pain. I have a very sensitive tooth thats shooting pain right up into my eyeball. Pain scale 7. They tell me I have to wait a freaking month to come in! I'M IN PAIN NOW!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office front desk was the most professional of them all office manager had an attitude yelled at me x-ray tech had an attitude didn't want to service me because I said it hurt when she told me to bite down on a camera worst experience I've ever had in a dental office customer service stinks

Did not charge what they promised. Overcharge insurance for items not completed. Don't trust this location.

Went for cleaning. They dpent 90 mins w xrays and gum analysis. Said i had gum disease... I needed a consult @ paying $700+, i had to leave , never got consult . I called 2x and emailed. Finally got someone on the phone... Checked w my original provider... "They are trying to sell u services u don, 't need"... I get regular 6 mo. Cleanings and xrays when needed... i think they are scamming...

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.The dentist had no bedside manor or manners. Prices were outrageous. Be prepared to wait a long time to begin appointment and to see hygienist.

Why tell a patient to be 15 mins early to fill out paperwork but the doors are locked and the lady at the desk saw us and let us stand in the cold? I went and sat back in the car until it opened. Not how I wanted to begin my morning especially when I did as advised by y'all. Do better please
