Terrible. I went in asking for help and the guy literally lied to me because I wasn’t going to set up a new plan with him. Needed help getting the security pin set up and although I’m an authorized user on the account he told me he could do nothing to help me. My husband had to come into the store for it. Not true. He was able to do it online. Wouldn’t ever step foot in this store again.

I had a lovely experience after dealing with Apple and AT&T regarding the Next Up Anytime plan where I couldn’t get a return label or kit over the phone was useless. After a couple of weeks of going to apple(who I ordered the phone with) and AT&T stores I finally found help from the manager and rep here in the store. They were very sweet and didn’t turn me away. They sat down and 15 minutes later I was done with document in my hands! Thank you guys!

I came in to return accessories I purchased at att on a aip for Christmas and i decided i didn't want to pay for them monthly and the rep that was assisting me first said to another employee can I return accessories that were purchased at an authorized retailer the other rep told him he could but because I was not authorized on the account he had to go ask his manager if it was okay to return them and I had been waiting for him to comeback for over 15 min then he refused to return them even tho I had the receipt and the card we purchased them on because I was not authorized on the account and because we put them on aip we made a contract to purchase them. I work for att and am thankful that my employees know how to help customers regardless of where they purchased things or accessories this is a joke an poor customer service.

We recently visited this store with an issue that had previously been presented to several telephone customer service representatives that were unable to assist us. In this location we were served by an extremely knowledgeable customer service rep, Jeremy. He completed our request is less than 20 minutes. It was a very pleasant in store visit!

They were really helpful for setting up the upgrade from my sister's old phone from a Samsung s4 Mini to her new Samsung Z Flip 6. They were also great dealing with such curveballs with the s4 being old tech finding alternate ways to facilitate the upgrade. Absolute 10 out of 10 help with setting up the upgrade as well as answering all of the questions we had that came up during the process.
