The facility is clean, classy and safe. It's also conveniently located close to my new house, which is awesome. The staff/customer service for this company is amazing - super friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. I've talked to a couple different people and every experience was the same. Payments are reasonable (especially with the half off promotion for two months) and the automatic bill pay makes things so much easier. I'm so happy that I went with this storage company!

The entire process was easy, clear, and smooth. The woman we spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and polite, and gave us all of the information we needed for our contactless rental process.We were able to easily find & access our unit. Units and facility are clean. Dolleys are on-site for use by customers (these have been a lifesaver!).Our unit was fairly and competitively priced compared to other area vendors.Extremely happy with our choice! Great option for Tipp Hill residents.

Very easy process from first contact to actual move-in. The unit and building are very clean and access is convenient. Everyone with whom we spoke was courteous, personable, and professional. Highly recommended so far.

They robbed me. They continued to charge my account after I was gone. Now I cant have a bank account. When I am homeless I am gonna smash all the windows out.
