I had a phone call of confirming the appointment made 30 minutes before the appointment schedule. It helped me to get to the bank on time and I met Brenda who helped professionally in opening a new bank account. It was excellent experience. Thank you Brenda :)

Made a notary appointment for a simple signature on a document, waited for 40 minutes after the manager looked at the document, then were told that they have a new policy that they don’t notarize documents requiring a witness.

I echo what others have said about this bank. You can never go into this branch and not have to wait 20 minutes before getting before a teller. They could have 20 people in line, and 5 employees, but still only one teller. Each and every time I go it is the same story. They see the long line of customers and just don't care. This is a horrible branch for BOA. Horrible.

Very poor customer service... can't even pick up the phone. Call 4 times and they don't even pick up the phone they just send you to a computer operated answering service. They are really showing you they want your business! Good job Clinton Street branch your doing great things!

I would give 0 stars if I could. SLOWEST BANK EVER! THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE 15 PEOPLE WORKING AND ONLY 2 TELLERS. I hate this bank with all my passion. Changing banks asap!!!

This guy, after I waiting in a queue at 3:30 - 3:48, he said I missed the appointment time window, which was 15 minutes after 3:30. At that time he worked for another client. He evicted me back home due to I was late. I shutted to him: don't you see I have been waiting here for 20 minutes? He scared

The staff here is wonderful and seems to be doing a lot with the little resources provided to them. They could use more support. It's often very busy so be sure to time your visits accordingly if you're in a hurry.

Multi-billion dollar corporation can only pay two tellers at most to work at one time. You'll wait no less than 30 minutes to do a simple cash deposit. Terrible service to no fault of the staff, which is a shame.

As a local small business owner you think you come to your bank and get some things done. Although at first it seems like they were trying to help I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for someone to come and help me with my situation. What I experience today here was nothing more than the circus, Bank of America should step up their game, I will be banking somewhere else!
