Service people are great. Popular products are scarce and if you don't have a coupon don't go there. Prices are higher than expected. Some products have a real good price but are low quality

I have called several times and spoken to staff several times using online chat and the last supervisor I talked to on the phone said they would have it fixed in 24 hours and call me last Saturday. Never heard from her. Problem still isn't fixed. My account has a glitch in it. I have provided screenshots. I can not add anything to my cart when I am signed in. When I sign out I can add products. This is how I know it is just my account and not my phone or computer. I have cleared my cache I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have tried using the website. This has been going on for weeks. I have sent 2 emails and also no reply back so good luck to anyone with any issues with this company.

I ordered a soap dispenser that said it was delivered to my house. I walk outside to my surprise no dispenser. Don't ever do business with them it's no wonder they're going out of business. I had asked a simple question online and I could not even get a response.

Excellent customer service. I wanted to purchase a pan and when I got to the register it was more expensive than what it was listed for on the shelf. I asked about it and the store employees realized the pans were placed in the wrong section. However, they gave the pan to me for the price that I saw it for on the shelf. Couldn't have asked for better customer service! Thank you!!

Shopped on-line with in-store pick-up. Picked up item and then noticed a sign that advertised a $40 gift card for Espresso machine purchased in-store. Half an hour to find trained help. Returned on-line purchase and re-purchased in store. Told gift card would be e-mailed. Never received. Sat in on-line chat for 3 hours and never got a human. Done with Bed Bath and Beyond. False advertising and the worst customer service ever !

Horrible experience!!! I ordered 8 items during their sale, their charged from my account fully, then they said cancelled two of my items and processing other items or being prepared, but 14 days later they said cancelled remaining items too. Such a bad service. I need my money back right now. If you cancelled the items, return the money back as soos as possible. Some of my items cancelled February 16th, but still didn’t get my money back. When I ordered it, I could pick it up, but I believed that delivery option is guaranteed too. Don’t trust them and their service!!!

Lack of customer service. False advertisement. Currently two charges, $1000 deep in debit card charges on a $225 rug. Have been attempting to contact customer service for two days for a refund with no luck and have spent countless hours on hold just to be told to replace my order again. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
