Went to get product and there was a sign on the door “ back at 3:30â€. Went back at 3:30 and waited 20 minutes. Finally left because no one showed up!

Best way is a very customer friendly enviroment, with the up most quality of beauty products! They are very knowledgeable of the beauty industry and I've received nothing but excellent customer service from them!

I was a very good customer back in the 70s. I moved out of state for many, many years, and since I returned, I have been SO disenchanted with this store. They were once open seven days a week. Carl, the owner, was always there and he had one or two others there as well. Today I don't know how they stay in business! I have been by there dozens of times when it was closed in the middle of the day.

I went in looking for hair extensions, I know nothing about them, the man working helped me out and I purchased a 3 pack of human hair clip in extensions, however, the hair is not enough for my hair, I went back in today, with my receipt and he refused to let me exchange or return them. I understand you can't return hair but I literally just bought them yesterday, I feel he could of done something to help me out. Now I have hair extensions I spent $107.00 on I can't even use now! I'm furious!

Love this place not only do you get the products your looking for, but the knowledge of the owners is incredible. I can say talking with Lisa about color for a hour I learned more with her than I did in beauty school! Prices are great and the locations are easy to get to!
