“4 years ago I called Syracuse Bicycle to see if they could help me fix my toddlers jogger tire. It had popped during one of our many walks and I didn’t know what to do. They told me to come on in with the jogger and they would fix it for me…. I was able to go in that day and it took about 20 minutes. I was so thankful for their service and understanding that, as a mom of a toddler, I absolutely needed this jogger fixed. I told myself that when my son was ready for his first big boy bike, this would be the place I would come to buy it.The days are long but the years are short… and here I am.. standing in the same store that fixed the tire on my jogger, to now get my almost 5 year old his new bike. They assembled the training wheels, fitted his new helmet, and changed the height of the seat so my son was comfortable.Ryan was so nice and explained/answered all of my questions and genuinely appreciate the patience he had with us! Such a wonderful company and we will continue to give them our business as the years go on.Xo, jacqui”
