I wish I could leave no stars. Be prepared for price gouging. I literally have 2 invoices for a roadside service, jumpstart for a big rig, $165. I called, and the same service has been tripled to $450. When I pointed out the inconsistency I was told I’d be called back after investigation with service, and I’m sitting here dead to the world with no call back. No customer loyalty, just profit when times call for it. If you’re into greedy vendors they are perfect.

DESPICABLE! SET UP A TOW 24HRS IN ADVANCE! I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND TALKED TO, I BELIEVE, MORGAN. HE STATED THAT THE DRIVER WILL CALL ME. AN HOUR LATER, MORGAN CALLED ME BACK SAYING THE DRIVER COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T COME DOWN MY DRIVEWAY. TOTALLY REDICULUS! PLOWED DRIVEWAY, I HAD BEEN IN AND OUT OF IT ALL MORNING. TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF AND HUNG UP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! I'LL CERTAINLY WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. I HAVE 2 SMALL BUSINESSES AND KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE.

I had the displeasure of being on the road with one of their drivers this morning. He was following to close to other cars and myself. He would speed up and have to break abruptly. When we got onto the highway where the lanes merge two into one, he sped up to trap me into the shoulder even though I was in front of him already going with the speed of traffic. He clearly has some anger issues and should not be driving a vehicle that big on the road with other drivers.

I broke down on the I-90. They are the first ones I called and they came out immediately. Dustin got us going enough to get back to their shop. They found the problem within 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this company for repairs and towing. Thank you Big Red. Special thanks to Dustin and Will.

We had a fan hub and idler bearing go out in bus. Found this place on Google and took us in immediately and after ordering parts next day order in, put us together and sent us on our way. Great, professional and courteous staff and the price was well under what we thought it was going to be. It's nice to know we have a garage to turn to in this area under our travels. Thanks
