Disappointing Experience and Questionable Practices
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Boost Mobile’s customer service. After accidentally deleting my eSIM from my iPhone, I contacted their support team to reactivate it. To my surprise, they asked for excessive and unjustified information: my Social Security number, credit history, past addresses, loan details, and more.
Reactivating an eSIM should only require my ID, email or SMS verification, or possibly an official ID, but certainly not such sensitive data, which is usually only shared with financial institutions. This practice seemed suspicious and intrusive, if not an attempt at unauthorized data collection.
Customer service could not provide a clear explanation for this policy, making me question the reliability of this provider. I strongly urge Boost Mobile to review its procedures and respect customer privacy.
If you are considering signing up with them, be wary of their data collection practices.

Worst mobile company there is. I bought my phone outright, I own it and have since day one. They refuse to unlock it and think by doing so they are going to force me to stay with their service.

Upon recieving mine and my wifes phones they gave us the wrong sims in our phones so the phones didnt work and are now glitchy when we got new chips......they wont replace our phones even tho we have insurance on them
