HIGHLY recommend. Amazing customer service! They were able to guide me on which plate to purchase and any other questions I had. After using the plate for about 30 invitations, the polymer started breaking off due to my error. I could not say enough good things about Boxcar Press! The customer service from Courtney and Cathy has been amazing. I had a small design flaw on my plate and they did not hesitate to help me get things fixed and a new plate sent. I recommend them to any and everyone.
