Best bread around. BUT. I drove down here on my day off just to find that thiee closed due to staffing. I understand but I just wished there was at least. A Facebook post saying their closed.

You can't go wrong. The cheese danishes are great and the pain au chocolat was incredible. We also got the olive polenta bread this time around; it didn't last past dinner and there was only two of us.

Scratch Bakehouse is an artisan Bakery selling organic, brown flour, whole grain, sour dough leavened bread and American and French pastries. We have a Bakery and retail location at 446 East Brighton Ave and a Cafe and retail bakery location at 629 West Fayette Street both in Syracuse, NY.
