I don’t know his name, but he definitely did his thing on this one grilled perfect and had a good little conversation while waiting. I love when people can be personable. It makes the experience much better.

Hands down, one of the best spots if you want an AMAZING variety of made-to-order sandwiches- that will be huge enough for more than one meal!! Try the chicken salad..TRUST ME. lol. Richard went above and beyond to, very patiently, make a custom sandwich. I also observed him kindly helping another customer resolve an issue. Kudos for having GREAT EMPLOYEES!!

Horrible and lazy staff. Seemingly troubled to do their job. Apparently management is disconnected from the staffs actions.

I was absolutely impressed with Richard (who made Deli Sandwiches) Richard was kind and made sure our order was correct, for a very picky son of mine. Thank you so much Richard! Although I didn't get the girl behind the counters name, she was very nice as well. 5 stars! Thanks to you both, after a long day at work. :) :)

Went today during a lunch rush. Richard was patient, kind and customer focused. My mother and I both complimented him on his professionalism and patience. It was a very positive experience because of him. And Dillon( I hope I spelled her name right) cashed us out with a smile. It was a VERY pleasant experience that surpassed expectation. Thank you so much you guys and keep up the great work!

Moved to the area about a year ago and have never had a bad experience. Frequent often and staff are always friendly and efficient. Richard and Ellie did a great job with my large order at the deli. Our food was delicious and correct.

Don’t usually go here but I stopped in for a few sandwiches. Richard was amazing. He worked fast and moved the line quickly while engaging with me as he made my sandwiches.
He had to finish the hot sandwich he started before mine he apologized and said he would get right back to mine in a minute.
Byrne Dairy you need to hang on to him.

Personally, I have never had a bad experience here. The staff always seems kind and helpful. Richard was very nice tonight while making our sandwiches (which were both delicious and reasonably priced).
