“First time visiting while making a stop in Armory Square during a short stint in Syracuse from Florida. Staff was wonderful. Knowledgeable and kind and willing to engage in conversation. Product selection was vast and very high quality. We particularly enjoyed the truffles and ruby chocolate that was delightfully tart. If you’re a chocolate enthusiast you should do yourself a favor and visit next time you’re in the area. Highly recommend.”

“I booked the truck for my son's birthday party last weekend and it was a HUGE hit! The kids all loved being able to make their own sundaes. The truck played music and had a custom Happy Birthday sign with my son's name. I was a little worried that the kids would make too big a mess (6 year olds), but the LuvHandlz person (I think the owner) was patient, cleaned up behind them, and didn't seem at all bothered by their excitement. For some of the adults with gluten allergies there were plenty of options available. Absolutely would recommend and thank you to LuvHandlz for a great experience!”

“Me and my son went in today for his birthday. All 3 employees were in a great mood working together. When we left we forgot our candy on the counter. An employee named big mike took the time to run after us down a floor and In a different store to make sure we got it. My son was so happy and I was shocked. Awesome employees !!”
