    I have gotten my first tattoo by Carmelo and it is my 20th Tattoo overall. From Syracuse to Brewerton to Florida, I supposedly gotten my other tattoos by the Best in the country or best in New York and so on. I have my daughter to my friends whom all got inked by Carmelo.
