I’ve been going here for 48 yrs. The best soft serve anywhere in Syracuse. The best pistachio and mint soft serve that nobody else has! HOWEVER, when you are open until 9pm and start pulling the ice cream bins from the case while 6 ppl are still in line at 8:33 makes me want to call your boss! There needs to be better supervision over these kids running the store. Who wants to order a flavor that they can’t see?Whats the delight in that? Work ethic. Same thing happened when I showed up at 10:30 am when they open and the soft serve was dripping down the cone because it wasn’t ready and the case wasn’t stocked with flavors. If you open at 10:30 you better be ready to serve prepared icecream. Nuff said.

My wife and I went there for ice cream I asked for one kind they didn't have it so I got a twist and they couldn't get the machine cold enough so they gave me a melting twist it was like drinking milk it wasn't even firm I thought the thing was going to fall off the cone not impressed I found the staff rude

They made my custom ice cream cake no problem. They were happy to have plenty of time (6 days) to complete it. It came out great and tasted good too, at a pretty reasonable price for custom work (less than 50$).

I've always love coming here, but recently I had a experience that changed my mind. On a Thursday night (Buy 1 get 1 free milkshake day) I came to the restaurant in the hope of buying multiple milkshakes for my friends and family. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and as I parked my vehicle and was walking into the ice cream parlor, the girls working stopped doing the work and turned the lights off and locked the door prior to store closing to ensure that no more ice cream would be served. It was upsetting to see workers close early to avoid doing their duties instead of serving regular customers.
