Absolutely pathetic, start following this drivers cause they love to do their own thing. Especially the 425 bus from Morgan rd. They are never on time and they cost us between 65 and 130$. That’s lost time and Lyft/uber.
Either change the time to match what these dummy’s do or follow an actual schedule. I missed my bus to solvay so I’m taking a $300 loss today. And I require some type of reimbursement for this.

The bus drivers never show up on time ever. They are not professional and courteous as they should be. This entire organization needs to be revamped because the lack of consideration for the people who actually depend on the bus for transportation is insane. Like I’m trying to understand why you’d change the entire routing and schedule for the buses so abruptly. I am seriously inquiring about potential lawsuits because they falsely claim that certain buses run when they never stop and they never are on time but let them tell it and they have the most respectable drivers. Honestly if they ever had an undercover executive come observe daily operations they would have all new staff, top to bottom. People over profit Centro, not the other way around

They need another bus for the Nedrow route. 1hr 20min wait is too much. It's unfair that the James St line has three busses, but Nedrow has one. Also, they need to think about others living so far from the bus line.

Service is absolutely HORRIBLE and lacks professionalism. Waiting a bus for more than half an hour or 1 hour are quite common, and some drivers just ignore you and drive away. Many route has too many detours and stops that take more time. It is extremely difficult to travel without such inconvenient bus.

third time the bus drove right by me i wait for the camillus bus in the corner of erie blvd west and geddes. i don’t know if the driver assumes im pan handling because the person right across the street is but now i have to spend 15 dollars i don’t have to get an uber because the bus driver wanted to drive right past me DO BETTER

October 4, 2023 The same horrid driver who previously told me I can't ride one stop one way then go the other way, despite me having a day pass, just tried to pass me by while I was at the Aldi's bus stop. Bus number 2239. September 27, 2023 Today a female supervisor with a jerry curl hairstyle came on the bus to say, "You can't have your feet on the yellow line." How about drivers can't curse, drivers can't lie and tell people they can't ride the bus, drivers can't ask riders for directions, drivers can't not lower the bus, drivers can't make riders 30 late for work, drivers can't harass, drivers can't be racist, drivers can't drive before you've sat down, drivers can't jerk the bus every single stop. Last week biased female Solvay driver made up her own rules and tried to tell me when and where I can ride the bus then called me a name twice and said she didn't care if I called centro she'll give me the number. So far Centro has not contacted me, and may not of done anything about it. Today August 10, 2023, I had bags, driver did not lower the bus. He said I have to ask him. A few stops later, an average built white man got on the bus, and had no bags, the driver lowered the bus. The man didn't have to ask. Then he lowered the bus for the next man who happened to be white. Then for the next passenger who happened to be white. He didn't tell them, they have to ask. I've overheard drivers say, they could care less about someone calling centro and complaining. I heard a driver who represents Centro in a major way, say that a female passenger who was arguing with a driver, better be careful because the wrong person will have her come up missing. Many drivers are extremely rude, some are not. A lot of drivers curse openly throughout their route, F bombs and all. Non drivers could lose their jobs, based on this bus service's inconsistency! Lacks professionalism. Varying customer service depending on who you are, and who the driver is. Non existent bus signs at some stops. Extremely late arrivals to complete no shows. Very disappointing! For the 25% of the drivers who are professional, Centro needs to hire more drivers like them.

Be careful coming from fair at night...bus unloads at hub which is not a safe area at night...and the bus has no security guard..the busses are packed to the gills and sometimes belligerent persons start trouble..once you board the bus you can't get off unless you can ask the driver which would be impossible if the aisles are packed..sure it's cheap and easy but if you get stabbed maybe uber is better idea

Buses are never on time I'm always wait15 minutes or more for the bus. I have missed the line up multiple times an wasn't able to get to work. They are horrible hire new workers

Centro has got some of most rude wreckless arrogant and unsafe drivers around. They think they own the entire road and take priority over everyone else on the road. I'm really surprised that more of their drivers haven't got shot or beat up. Here's an example of what just happened a few minutes ago. I was driving north on Salina St. In downtown Syracuse. Several buses were pulled off to the curb picking up passengers. The rear ends of these buses were stuck out in the driving lane. So me and several other vehicles went around. Apparently they didn't look or just feel they think they can do whatever they want to who ever they want or they just didn't look but pull right off the curb in front of everybody and force traffic into the on coming lane to avoid them. Then they push their way in front of other vehicles almost like they're trying to make a statement like you stay behind me. We take priority over everybody.

So Friday and today the bus never came so now I have to wait until 724. This is not great customer service.also I fell running for the bus and he didn't even stop.also every time u try to tell customer service all they say is we will look into.

Driver did nothing when I went to get of bus no one would move out of way to let me get off no one could move over crowded no room to move no one did anything instead of making scean just stayed on bus all the way to end of line.

No one seems to know where bus stops are or pick up times. The paper schedules are confusing especially when you don't know the area or new. I even tried to download the app trying to see if maybe it would be easier but that seems to crash all the time and it's favorite message is "there are schedules available at this time)
