For a few years my Representative at CH has been Alyssa Convertino. Every time I call she takes care of whatever I need and usually in a timely or even faster manner. In a day when we use chatbots and work through Apps for Insurance, I'm glad to have a local resource with a personal touch that moves faster than those other modern devices.
