I was coming to set up a account here. We were asked to wear masks. (Fine) as I’m sitting with the gentleman the lady in the next panel says “put it over your nose” for starters I’m not sick or even have a cold. I’m not sneezing. What is covering my nose going to do? This has made many feel entitled to enforce such nonsense. It wasn’t friendly she could have been polite. I’m tired of people in customer service not knowing what customer service is. Won’t have my business, we are not all sheep. Go with another bank.

JP Morgan Chase is one of the banks that heavily funds the fossil fuel industry. Since 2016, they have poured $268 billion into fossil fuel industries, ensuring our climate continues to change and become unlivable without drastic action to curb emissions. I have been a lifelong Chase member, but am looking for other banks more committed to fighting climate change to keep my money. I suggest everyone looking to open an account does the same.

I'm disappointed. That was the second time that I sent money to Germany with the help of the Chase Bank. First time it was clear and correct, they charged me -50$ transfer fee and -10$ other fees.The last time they insisted to use the international Wire Transfer service.My english is not so good but I had a paper with me a the amount of money I wanted to send (more or less the same amount like last time). I showed the paper for the lady and explained what I want and she reassured me that no more money will be charged (only the 50$+10$ just like first time).She gave me the receipt to check, there was a strange number what will be deducted from my account. I didn't know the word "deducted" but I didn't have my dictionary with me and it seemed a surreally high amount anyway. When I asked her what is this, she just repeated the word "deducted, deducted" but she didn't explain what does it mean. I saw on the paper the -50$ and -10$ so I signed the receipt and went home.I checked my bank account at home and I got a shock. They deducted almost 200$..I barely had any money left.It's my fault. It would have been my responsibility to be better prepared but I was naive. On the other hand I'm angry a little bit at this lady and the Chase Bank. I think they take advantage of some people's uncertinity.

Very bad experience, Gerald Carr , and his manager Susan Buzzard, both were super rude. Gave me a hard time. Did not hear me out for what I was trying to explain. Also the whole issue was on there ends. Kept blaming it on the system then tired to be nice. Super super bad. Very unreasonable and very rude. Dealing w chase for a while, 7th north is a great branch. Save your time and stay away from this location. Please hire a new more professional manager. She was super unprofessional and her work attire was not proper. I wouldn’t even go back in there.

Love this bank! When I signed up for my debit card/saving and checking accounts, the lady was super nice, very informative and super helpful! Glad I chose chase as my bank! People are always friendly every time I go in

If I could give lower than a one star rating, I would. To be fair, I'm not talking about any particular branch I'm Syracuse, but rather the bank as a whole. I just tried to electronically deposit a check from my partner, and first they put a hold on it for a week and a half (which isn't great, but if that were all I would understand). Then, when I called to ask if there was any way they could expedite the process, they literally froze my entire bank account until they could verify the check from my partner, and said if it wasn't verified within a week, they would close the account. My partner was totally willing to fax ID, call, provide his bank information, etc., but because he has an international number, they claim that there is no way to verify it. I called the local branch, and they said that the international verification could be done if I asked to speak to the supervisor on the help line, so I spent another hour on the phone with them, only to learn that this is apparently not the case.

My wife has went through some serious crazy banking issues for years with her sons account she created and for 12-13 yrs and still the bank manager is snobby and dont care about how she was treated. They gave my son a .oo1 cent of interest off over 10k dollars. For 12 years he may have made 100 dollars in total. Its sad. Dont go here. WARNING DO NOT BANK HERE
